By the time Debbie De Grote was 21, she was awarded the #1 agent in LA and Orange County for Century 21, and was ranked in the top 10 in the nation by Century 21 International. She sold on average 150+ homes a year. That was before the concept of teams had been introduced to the industry.

Debbie then took her experience of selling 150+ homes for 16 years and started training agents on how to do the same.
